By accessing or using the MicroAnt TechWaste Group website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. MicroAnt TechWaste Group is a trade name operated by STS Electronic Recycling, Inc. ("STS"), a member of the STS Recycling family of companies. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

2. Description of Services

STS Electronic Recycling, Inc., operating as MicroAnt TechWaste Group, provides electronics recycling, certified data destruction, and IT asset disposition (ITAD) services to businesses, government agencies, healthcare organizations, and other enterprises. Services include but are not limited to:

Onsite and offsite hard drive shredding and data destruction
Electronics recycling in compliance with applicable environmental and recycling regulations
IT asset remarketing, refurbishment, and responsible disposal
Certificate of Data Destruction and Certificate of Recycling issuance
ITAD reporting and chain-of-custody documentation

Specific terms, pricing, turnaround times, and service availability are governed by individual service agreements or quotes issued in writing by STS. This Site does not constitute a binding service contract. All service commitments require a separately executed agreement.

3. Use of the Site

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
Transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems

IN NO EVENT SHALL STS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO STS IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

STS Electronic Recycling, Inc. operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations, including those governing the handling and disposal of electronic waste. Our Chicago, IL operations are conducted in accordance with Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) requirements and applicable federal EPA guidelines. Customers are responsible for accurately disclosing the types and quantities of materials tendered for recycling or disposal. STS reserves the right to refuse materials that are outside the scope of agreed services or that pose a safety or compliance risk.

10. Privacy

11. Modifications to Terms

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any executed service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and STS Electronic Recycling, Inc. with respect to your use of this Site.
